Hike & Dine Events Takes Georgia

Hike-Only Registration

Detroit is heading to Georgia! Join Hike & Dine Events for a weekend of mountain views, breathtaking trails, great food, local vineyard, and good company. We'll be making the trip from Metro Detroit to experience one of Georgia's most iconic hiking destinations, and we're looking forward to sharing the adventure with hikers from near and far.


Weekend Overview


Friday (Optional): Arrive, meet the group, grab dinner, and, if time allows, join us for an optional hike through the Bamboo Forest.


Saturday: Our signature Hike & Dine experience... take on the scenic Amicalola Falls hike, then celebrate the accomplishment with a well-earned group dinner in Atlanta


Sunday: Spend the day at the vineyard (optional), then back head into Atlanta for a fun night out before wrapping up an unforgettable weekend.

Vineyard tickets are available as an optional add-on through August 2, 2026 (or until sold out). This experience is reserved for participants who are also joining us for at least one scheduled hike during the weekend, either the optional Friday Bamboo Forest hike (if offered) or the Saturday Amicalola Falls hike. Please note that the Friday hike is tentative and not guaranteed, so participation in Saturday's hike also qualifies you for the vineyard experience.

Hiking Experience
How would you describe your hiking experience?
New to Hiking (I've never hiked before or have only completed short, easy nature trails or paved paths with little to no elevation.)
Casual Hiker (I hike occasionally and am comfortable on longer trails with uneven ground, roots, and small hills, but I have limited experience with sustained elevation or mountain hiking.)
Moderate Hiker (I regularly hike natural trails and have completed hikes with moderate elevation gain, rocky terrain, stream crossings, and longer distances (5+ miles) )
Experienced Mountain Hiker (I frequently hike mountainous terrain and am comfortable with steep climbs, significant elevation gain, rocky and rooted trails, stairs, and full-day hikes.)
