Hike & Dine Events is currently building a small Official Media Team to help capture the energy, culture, and community experiences during Black Hikers Week, including Wellness Wednesday and the Juneteenth Celebration & Community Pop-Up.
We are looking for photographers, videographers, content creators, and interviewers who are excited about capturing authentic community moments and helping us tell the story of these experiences.
Our media team will help document things such as:
Guests enjoying the event
Wellness sessions in action
Highlights of the Black-owned vendors and businesses
Individual photos of guests at our event backdrop or sign
Community interactions and candid moments
Short interviews with select attendees and participants
Footage and photos that help create a recap of the overall experience
As a thank you for contributing your time and talents, official media team members will be comped with food, drinks, and a small gift from the Hike & Dine team. Media participants will also be welcomed to enjoy all aspects of the event while capturing content throughout the experience.
To help us keep our media library organized, we ask that select photos or video content be shared with the Hike & Dine team within two weeks of the event date. All media used across our platforms, including social media and our website, will be fully credited to the photographer or creator.
