Into the Woods: The Closing Trail Experience
We’re closing out Black Hikers Week the only way that feels right… deep in the woods with the Hike & Dine community.
Join us on Saturday, June 20th at Brighton State Recreation Area for a scenic forest trail experience filled with rolling hills, dense woods, varied terrain, movement, community, and the true Hike & Dine energy our hikers have grown to love.
This hike is intentionally a little further outside of Detroit because we wanted newer hikers to experience what real wooded trail hiking feels like beyond flat open walking paths and city loops. For our returning hikers, this is another opportunity to reconnect with the lush forest vibes that made many of us fall in love with hiking in the first place.
This will also be our first time officially exploring this park together as a community.
