This option is for those who want to join us for the hike and the group experiences, but plan to handle their own accomodations for the weekend. You can already be in the area, booking your own spot, or just pulling up for the day, this is your lane.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll be exploring scenic trails along Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore with moderate elevation (400–500 ft), rooted and uneven terrain, and those unreal cliffside views over Lake Superior. It’s not a “hard” hike, but it will keep you on your toes and you’ll definitely feel it.
Saturday is our main hike day, and we’re starting early.
Sunday will include another scenic stop that could require a little driving, to Tahquamenon Falls.
After the hike Sunday, you’re welcome to join us for our group dining experience as we celebrate a few birthdays and kick off Black Hikers Week. We also have a sunset shoreline cruise on the itinerary, but that does require a separate ticket if you want in.

Please note:
Transportation and lodging are not included with this registration
Carpooling is only available to those booked in an overnight package (or riding with someone who is)
The sunset cruise is not included and requires a separate ticket
You’ll need to be on time for all meet-up locations
This is a full, active weekend so be ready to stay on schedule with the group
