We treated this like a prep day, filled with good vibes, shared knowledge, and a focus on hiking with confidence. Hikers learned: Trail safety, basic survival tips, what to watch for on any trail, what to do when encountering wildlife, we discussed what to expect in TN and on other strenuous trails as if we were actually hiking through the big mountains!
