Hike & Dine Travel Membership
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Hike & Dine Travel Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Hike & Dine Travel Memberships
Hike & Dine Travel Memberships provide access to our travel booking platform and the resources and support associated with your registered Hike & Dine trip.

There are two Travel Membership options:
- Expedition Pass: Single Trip Membership
Designed for guests planning to participate in one Hike & Dine trip. The Expedition Pass is valid only during the calendar month in which it is purchased and may be used to reserve one eligible Hike & Dine trip during that month.
- Adventure Collective: Yearly Membership
Designed for guests who plan to travel with Hike & Dine throughout the year. The Adventure Collective is a one-time membership purchase that allows members to log in and reserve eligible Hike & Dine trips throughout their active membership period.
2. What's Included With Your Travel Membership
Travel Membership benefits are connected to the trip you register for and include:
-
Reserve your Hike & Dine trip according to the access provided by your membership type.
-
Private Travel Hub access for your selected/registered trip.
-
Detailed itinerary and trip planning resources to help you prepare for your adventure.
-
Trail Support Team assistance throughout your adventure.
-
Organized group restaurant reservations associated with your registered trip.
-
All hikes and activities included with your registered trip.
-
Group travel updates and important trip communications related to your registered trip.

Trip-specific inclusions, exclusions, requirements, deadlines, and additional costs will always be outlined on the individual trip booking page.

3. Single Trip Membership: Expedition Pass
The Expedition Pass is intended for members who wish to participate in one Hike & Dine trip.
-
The membership is valid only during the calendar month in which it is purchased.
-
It may be used to reserve one eligible Hike & Dine trip during that month.
-
The membership does not roll over to a future month.
-
The membership cannot be reused for additional trips.
-
If a member does not reserve an eligible trip during the month of purchase, the membership expires at the end of that month.
-
A new membership may be required to access and reserve another trip.
Once an eligible trip has been successfully registered, the member receives the applicable Travel Hub access, trip resources, communications, support, hikes, activities, and other included benefits associated with that registered trip.
4. Yearly Membership: Adventure Collective
The Adventure Collective is a one-time membership purchase that provides access to eligible Hike & Dine trips throughout the membership period.

-
Members may log in to their account and reserve eligible trips during their active membership period.
-
A new Travel Membership is not required for each individual trip.
-
Members receive the applicable Travel Hub access, trip resources, support, communications, hikes, activities, and other included benefits for each registered Hike & Dine trip.
-
The Adventure Collective does not guarantee availability for any specific trip.
-
Trip availability is subject to capacity, registration deadlines, and requirements specific to the individual trip.
-
The Adventure Collective does not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
5. Membership Access & Trip Reservations
Purchasing a Travel Membership provides eligibility to reserve eligible Hike & Dine trips. It does not automatically reserve a spot on a trip.

- Members must log in to their Hike & Dine account and complete the required registration and payment process for the trip they wish to attend.
- A trip reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking information and payment or deposit have been successfully completed according to the requirements listed for that specific trip.
- Availability may be limited and trips may sell out.

6. Trip Costs
Travel Membership fees and trip fees are separate.
Purchasing a Travel Membership does not mean that the member has paid for their trip.
Each trip may have its own cost, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and booking requirements. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms associated with each trip before completing a booking.
7. Payments & Payment Plans
Certain trips may offer payment options, including payment in full or installment payments.
When a payment plan is offered, members are responsible for completing all required payments by the stated deadlines.
Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or forfeiture of amounts paid, subject to the cancellation policy for that specific trip.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Travel Membership purchases and individual trip bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of purchase.
Because trip arrangements may involve non-refundable deposits, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other advance commitments, cancellation terms may vary by trip.
Members are responsible for reviewing the specific cancellation policy before purchasing a trip.
9. Membership Use
Travel Memberships are intended for the individual who purchased the membership and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another person.

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login information.

Hike & Dine Events LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a membership account if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized account sharing, or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Trips
Hike & Dine reserves the right to modify trip details, schedules, accommodations, activities, transportation arrangements, or other trip components when reasonably necessary.

Members will be notified of significant changes when applicable.

11. Membership Expiration
Expedition Pass: Expires at the end of the calendar month in which it is purchased.
Adventure Collective: Expires at the end of the applicable yearly membership period stated at the time of purchase.
Expired memberships do not provide access to future trip bookings unless a new qualifying membership is purchased.
12. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a Hike & Dine Travel Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Travel Membership Terms & Conditions. You also acknowledge that individual trips may have additional terms, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and participant requirements that apply separately to your booking.

Hike & Dine Events LLC reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Any updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated terms.
