We’re a growing outdoor adventure + social dining community rooted in Metro Detroit, built to connect people through epic hikes, unforgettable trips, and food experiences you’ll never forget.

Now, we’re leveling up, and we’re inviting YOU to be part of our Trail Support Team and Outdoor-Savvy Event Coordinator Crew. This is a volunteer opportunity (not a paid job), but it comes with exclusive perks that let you experience the best of Hike & Dine while helping us create smooth, safe, and vibrant events.

TRAIL SUPPORT TEAM

Our Trail Support Team is the heartbeat of our hikes. You’ll keep the crew moving together, help with check-ins, guide people through different terrains (roots, sand, hills, and everything in between), and be that friendly face making sure everyone feels supported and safe.

OUTDOOR-SAAVY EVENT COORDINATING ASSISTANT

Our Event Coordinating Assistants help bring the vision of Hike & Dine to life. From planning and organizing to setting up picnic spots, managing logistics, and keeping the flow of the day smooth, you’ll be the one behind the scenes making sure every event and trip feels seamless and unforgettable.

No worries if you’re new to hiking.. What matters most is that you’re reliable, active enough to keep up with the group, and ready to bring positivity and good vibes no matter the weather.
